This course provides participants with all the necessary knowledge and skills to start using Adobe Photoshop, an image manipulation software that has altered the benchmark of the advertising industry.

The course will start off with the basics, letting participants familiarize with the Photoshop work area, then learn all about image resolution and moving on to other Photoshop tools.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

By the end of the course, participants would be able to use the correct image resolution for the intended output, add effects to an isolated area, retouch images, add text and work with layers.

This intermediate course builds on knowledge of Photoshop and expands the list of creative techniques. While this course is strongly oriented toward design details and functions, it also explores the realities that apply to the use of Photoshop.

Participants will be taught how to perform more complex and challenging tasks using a host of tools and features. Additionally, participants will learn to use painting tools and blending modes to create shading effects, perform adjustments to contrast and colour balance, and other ways to manipulate pictures so that they look great.

This course teaches participants how to effectively work with digital image. Using the tools and features of Adobe Photoshop, participants will grasp concepts and techniques that will enable them to correct colour and manipulate image quality to get outstanding results in digital image reproduction.

Adopting a hands-on approach, real life images are used in an in-house environment to enable participants to learn better. Our trainer will also be giving out quick tips and short cuts which can help to minimise production time.

The Adobe Photoshop Restoration and Retouching course equips participants with the concepts and skills to transform poor quality or damaged photos into stunning pictures. Participants will be able to thoroughly explore the tools of Photoshop and use them to their advantage.
